What are some good pick-me-ups without caffiene?!

Question:

What are some good pick-me-ups without caffiene?

I love coffee, but I have recently lost some of my resistance to caffiene. I get jittery, anxious, and sometimes have panic attacks when I have caffiene. Is there a natural, non-caffienated alertness booster that can replace my coffee? I am looking for something for mental alterness, not physical energy, and I do not want a chemical replacement. Is there a natural option?

Answers:
Try an "energy bar" and eat eggs which are know to be a brain food. In addition, drink lots of water. Dehydration is notorious for causing fatigue.

An apple a day...

It not only energizes you, but re-hydrates you as well...

Try aromatherapy. Seriously!

The smell of citrus (for example) like lime, lemon etc are very invigorating and mentally stimulating.

Check it out!

Apple juice is actually more efficient at waking you up than coffee. Plus its completely natural.

have a v-8

an orange each day
it gives you vitamin c and helps your white blood cell to fight against diseases such as flu, fever, colds etc

liquid b vitamin complex

I steer clear of caffeine, too; in fact, it actually effects me the same way it does you! I drink orange juice as a morning pick-me-up. I'd only recommend not drinking it before a meal because the acidity will irritate your stomach.

Cheers!! :)

If you try to always do whatever you feel like doing, as an experiment...you may find interesting results!

Eat whenever you're hungry, sleep, whenever you're tired, etc..

However, when a momentum begins to build up, break stride, and do something completely different, and you will never be without energy...

The secret is, that you have to rest different parts of your body & mind, and exercise other parts, and you'll never lack energy...
