Is KETCHUP and trans fat vegan?!

Question:

Is KETCHUP and trans fat vegan?

and is there any vegan enegry drinks? thanks

Answers:
Most ketchup I've encountered is vegan (it contains no animal products). Trans fat can be vegan depending on the source of the fat, however research is showing that skipping the trans fats is probably a good idea. As for energy drinks, red bull and monster is vegan (the tarine is synthetic).

YES...no worries there.

ketchup is all vegan. trans fat, though, is what's making big people insanely obese and clogging arteries around this country killing people. avoid trans fat. ur better off eating a juicy burger than you are eating trans.

Ketchup is usually vegan. Real trans fat is only found in animal products in minute amounts (fractions of a gram per serving). The fake trans fat I'm not sure about, but I do know it's horrible for you so you should avoid it anyway. Since it was required to label for trans fats, most food companies and restraunts are no longer using it. In a few years artificial trans fat will likely be phased completely out.
