Teflex sheets for dehydrator?!

Question:

Teflex sheets for dehydrator?

I have a recipe for some raw bread using my excalibur dehydrator. it says i need teflex sheets and i don't have any. i know i can order them, but i need to make the bread today. is there any thing else that i can use- like foil or something? this is my 1st time using the dehydrator...

Answers:
Go ahead and use the foil, shiny side, or a non-stick cookie sheet that will fit in the unit. Those teflex sheets are nice if you are making things like fruit jerky but not really a must. The company, of course, would LOVE you to buy them.
