Is being a vegan more pricy in US or in UK?!

Question:

Is being a vegan more pricy in US or in UK?

In USA people usually say that eating healthy is expensive. Is this also true for UK?

Answers:
Being vegan is the cheapest way to go. If you are on a budget how much do grains, beans, vegetables and fruit cost? Remotely VERY inexpensive. I don't know of anything that much cheaper.

Now eating "healthy" and trying to imitate a meat eaters diet (fake meats, processed and pre-prepared foods) is where it can get costly...and less healthy.

I know the UK is more vegan friendly so I would suppose that they would have more processed products and therefore would most likely be less expensive.

I'm not really sure due to me living in the US, but it's probably less expensive than in the US because there are more obese people in the US so less stock = more money. Since there are thinner people in the UK more stock = less money.
