work out daily is better eat what you want just less of.. drink more water before you eat

nothing go anorexic thats what i do:)

I would imagine light breakfast meals would be good like oatmeal and fruits.

be pure vegetarian,avoid junk food eat only home cooked food try and eat boiled food for 2 weeks and see the difference,all the best.
