A simple way to make riceballs?

Hello do not known how to make riceballs and I am wanting to learn. If you have a recipie or any information on them. I am going to choose the seemingly easiest recipie that involves the least ingrediants as the best answer! But please post all recipies! Thanks

First make sure you get the right kind of rice - short to med grain, not long. Cook rice pref. in a rice cooker. After rice is done and cooling in a separate bowl (wooden is best), drizzle rice vinegar(you can also use regular) over rice, mixing and fanning at the same time. When cool, form into whatever shape (oblong or triangle), add dried seaweed(nori), sesame seeds etc. Enjoy!!! Also it helps to wet your hands with aliitle water when forming rice.

Oh, it's super easy! Here's the easiest way that my kids use to make a rice ball:

Take a small bowl, and put a sheet of plastic wrap over it. Put in a spatula full of rice (about as big as your fist). Sprinkle with salt if you like. Gather up the edges of the plastic wrap, twist it together, and then shape the hot rice into a ball or a triangular shape (it'll be inside the plastic wrap, so your fingers won't get dirty).

And that is it! Basic rice ball.

It's really easy to make it fancier. You can add stuff to the middle, like chopped pickles, or maybe a piece of cheese if you aren't vegan. Put it in before you gather the plastic up, and it will be in the middle of the rice ball.

After you make the rice ball, you can wrap it in nori seaweed (super healthy!), or sprinkle it with toasted sesame seeds. Or both.

Traditionally, rice balls are made with fish (but since you are vegetarian, I won't get into that) or with an "umeboshi" pickled plum in the middle. The umeboshi helps kill bacteria and germs, so your rice ball will stay fresh longer. But many people hate the taste.

RICE BALLS

1 lb. cooked rice, do NOT use instant
4 eggs
1 lb. diced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
Bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients well. Form into balls about the size of golf balls. Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown
