I want to know is turkey bacon good for you?!

Question:

I want to know is turkey bacon good for you?

Answers:
To be honest, techinically turkey bacon is better for you than bacon because of its lower fat content (not to mention being without the little parasites that are usually found in pork products). However, as you will notice, it still does saturated fat in it...there are some good meatless options, of which one by Morningstar is called "Stripples". It frys up just great and a lot of meat eaters like the taste. You may have to google it for store locations, but check it out! Good Luck!

Yes- if it is just turkey and nothing else. Grill it, dont fry it and it is very healthy- recently scientists have discovered that turkey is a 'super food' which helps release happy hormones through our bodies. And it tastes lovely too!

its more healthy than eating pork bacon for sure... turkey is i believe.. the most healthy and leanest meat for us to eat...

Yes very healthy for ME.
It even tastes similar to the real thing.
But I will never buy it.
TOO expensive,,, I'll take the real thing

why would you ask in the veggie section? We dont eat dead birds or other animals

VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN SECTION.

Turkey bacon is made from turkey. Vegetarians don't eat turkey.

this might not be the best place to ask that.
