Can I have a few sample days of meals including recipes (if needed)? I'm trying to go LOW cal! Like weight loss. Thanks!

Hey...you need to eat a healthy balance which should include some healthy fats (i.e. nuts, peanut butter, olive oil, avacado, etc.). I would recommend a protein powder shake, like the 100% whey protein and blend with nonfat yogurt, milk, a scoop of powder, and some frozen fruit or ice, bananas, honey, etc. If you have it, include wheat germ, flax seed, etc. which will help fiber content. Also, for the record, strawberries and oranges are good fiber sources, as is oatmeal and cabbage, etc. You should try to drink at least one of those a day, and that will add about 30+grams of protein to your diet. Remember to drink lots of water with a high protein/fiber diet, like at least 64-80 ounces a day. To lose weight, drink a glass before each meal. Eat only 100% whole wheat bread (check the labels and it should NOT say enriched flour, it should say whole wheat flour). So for instance, a Boca meatless chicken patty or any meatless product sandwich with whole grain bread, tons of romaine lettuce and spinach, onions, tomatoes, etc! Have some veggie soup to fill you up and top off with an apple and peanut butter. Also try tofu or meatless beef/chicken strips by Morningstar and a TON of veggies for stir-fry. The more veggies the better for extra fiber. Also eat an egg every now and then to help with protein. Eat 3 bigger meals, but eat a healthy snack like fruit or a few nuts or a protein bar or yogurt about every two hours to keep your blood sugar and metabolism constant. Good luck!

Hi. I am losing weight I do not need to lose. I am losing weight because I am a vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian for almost a year. You can start by not eating meat.
