Seriously tho, bloodshot eyes are caused by the blood vessels near the surface becoming irritated and enlarged. Usually this is caused by something irritating the eyes, like an environmental toxin or sun, dust, excess computer usage causing eye strain, or allergens. If these are the case you need to eliminate the irritant. Perhaps your eyes don't like the tap water you wash with or perhaps you are a surfer and your eyes dont like the high bacteria count in the ocean these days. Or maybe you are sweating into your eyes alot and the salt is irritating them. If it's the tap water, you can install a water softener and see if that helps.
Sometimes though, red eyes are caused by a medical problem. If this is a recent problem you're having on a daily basis and you dont know what's causing it, you should consider going to the opthalmologist (not optometrist) and having your eyes examined. There are a variety of bacteria and viruses that can infect your cornea and turn the eyes red and they need to be treated or they can really damage your eyes. Or maybe you are taking a medication such as daily aspirin or blood thinners that are causing your blood vessels to leak. Either way, you should try to get the cause diagnosed.

your question doesn't make sense -especially in the food section.
I don't really see what this has to do with food, unless you have a food allergy. In that case, figure out what you're allergic to and stop eating it. It might be a whole food or it might be a chemical component. See your doctor.
Failing that, maybe your eyes are red because you're tired a lot, or because you frequently touch your eyes, or because you don't produce enough tears. There are many, many reasons that your eyes could be red. But unless they're obnoxiously red, itchy, or painful, you can pretty much just let them be.
you can have frequent washes with cold water.or you can wrap ice cubesin a soft fabric and put on your eyes.you can even go for some EYE DROP like solutions as it may be due to infection.you can see a doctor if none of these works.
take care
may you get well soon.
god bless you.
