Answers:
Raw, unsalted, and unshelled are much, much better for you!

Yes, they are vegan. They don't contain any animal products.

Yes, they are vegan.

Do think we KNOW...
What does the label say
Some vegetable oil and there is NO kosher salt SO !!!

making it clear kosher salt is a rip off.. it is not anything less than Sodium Chloride distilled and dehydrated. ground, sifted and sorted.

Yes, but unsalted is better. And they are somewhat high calorie from fats, by weight.

no there baked in puppy paws

You see, Vegans believe in a purely natural lifestyle, and as their motto goes, "a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude―as far as is possible and practical―all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose"

Eating salt is not a crime to a Vegan, but I'm sure that most would frown upon eating large amounts of salt, like that which is found in most salted sunflower seeds. I'm positive that your doctor would also tell you the same thing, in regards to watching your sodium intake.

The reason being that Vegans are quite a bit more self consiouse on what kind of foods they eat, as well as what they contain.
Vegans claim additional health benefits are gained by not consuming artificial substances such as growth hormones and antibiotics, which are often given to farmed animals.
So in answer to your question, enjoy those sunflower seeds!
Just remember to watch how many of those salty little beggars you put into your mouth!
Keep smilin!!

David yes, while there are some companie that used gelatin which is NOT vegan.

Yes thats vegan, but always read the ingredients if you're not sure. I get unsalted sunflower seeds. Sometimes I toast them in olive- or canola oil and add some sea salt. Much tastier that way. You can add other spices too if you like. :)

Absolutely. Sunflower seeds come from a grown plant and none of the products in David sunflower seeds are provided by an animal.

Yes, they're completely fine. But you might want to check if there's any oil used in the cooking process, and if so, what kind of oil it is.
