have you thought of putting all your vegan recipes in a cookbook and selling it on ebay. I would donate my vegan chili recipe ... it looks like it has meat in it, but it does not. and it is very good. also, try slicing huge beefsteak tomatoes and eggplant, leach the water out of the eggplant by salting it lightly and letting it sit on paper towel; sprinkle both with basic, pepper, salt, a little thyme drizzle with olive oil and for those who want to a little parmesan; and put it under the broiler.
yum ... and most good restaurants will honor your wish and put vegetable based entrees on their menu if you ask.
you have to ask ...
good luck
it is delicious
Well, many places have vegetarian menus, but as far as vegan, there aren't many. Unfortunately, you'll have a tough time getting customers with a vegan-only selection.
I don't understand what you are asking in your question. You should be more precise and go back to school you uneducated person. What grades did you get in English class?
ummm grass???

This may help you to find some restaurants. I don't know anything about opening your own business, but don't for one minute think there isn't a market for vegan only restaurants. We have two here that I know of and both are excellent and do a great amount of business. The fact that there isn't really many may make it even easier to corner the market. Of course, I dont know how many vegetarian/vegans there are in NC. :) Just my two cents.
I'm from RockyMount NC. I'm vegan and
I basically have to just cook everything.
My advice is to invest in some cook books:
Vegan with a vengence
The Very vegetarian cook book,
etc.
you should definetly open a tea bar, thats a great idea. but you should advertise that its a vegetarian and vegan place, and meat eaters would like it too. good luck!
