im a little of a vege girl.....need 2 stay healthy ya know....
Answers:
I am happy to say I am and so is my husband. I do it for health reasons and personal responsibility to not put money in the pockets of industries I find dispicable and my husband does it for the health reasons and because he thinks meat is gross. We both are the only ones in our extended family that are vegetarians. I am having a lovely time here on the V&V section, BTW! What a wonderful community you have here!

I am vegetarian even though my family eats meat.
well I love a good hamburger but my mom is trying to get me to go vegetarian cause she is along with some of my family and it reallyy sucks at thanksgiving.... : (

yea"- good for you-lam on a mission this week-to let people know-- Any animal-or its produce-etc milk eggs cheese etc ALL are the only thing that produces cholesterol-- fruit veg, pulses- any thing that is grown--do not.Cholesterol blocks your arteries and causes stroke and/or heart attack , so forget the animal issues- that on its own is a good reason to turn veggie.
