Good vegetarian broccoli & cauliflower recipes?
Does anyone have them or know where some good ones can be found? I just bought a ton of broccoli and cauliflower and I'm looking for something new and tasty.

Salt and pepper to taste
Clean and cut the broccoli into florets.Cube potatoes .Boil broccoli and potato till soft[or microwave for around 10 minutes or till soft].Drain the excess water and reserve.Cool and puree the vegetables .Heat butter in a pan and when it melts add jeera when it splutters add garlic and onions and fry till onions are soft.Add the puree and the required quantity of the reserved water.Bring to a boil.Add salt and pepper and serve hot.. You can garnish with a tsp of fresh cream or grated cheese[optional].It is easy to prepare.Hope you like it.
I second her answer. Try Aloo Gobi (literally "potatoes cauliflower"). http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/cookbook:al...
But you can totally make up your own recpie using the spices to your taste. My dad usually makes it saucier, using tomato as the base for the sauce.
About broccoli, maybe just stir fry it with rice or noodles. I love eating broccoli stir fried the indian way by itself. (Indian way: Stir-fry half a spoon each of mustard seeds and urud dhal in oil until the urud dhal is just barely brown. Add curry leaves (step back cause it will splatter). Dump in the veggies. Add salt to taste. Cover and let it cook. Just watch to make sure the urud dhal doesn't burn.)
