Hain Pure Foods makes vegan "jello." It comes in strawberry, raspberry or orange. It uses carageenan (a sea vegetable) to gel.

Why do you want to eat jello anyway? Ewww, it tastes like the hospital. Have some Edy's fruit pops or Luigi's Italian Ices for your sugary, fruity desert fix.
