Answers:
You don't really need a recipe for a smoothie. Just throw a bunch of stuff you like in a blender, and see how it turns out! Try using either soy yogurt, soy milk, or silken tofu as a base to up the protein content. You can also add peanut or another nut butter. Bananas add a nice flavor and body. I like to add frozen berries and a splash of orange juice as well. The only thing I haven't liked in a smoothie is melon. Some people add a sweetener, but I don't find it necessary with all the fruit already in it.

I would recommend checking out www.sparkpeople.com

It's a fitness based-healthy eating lifestyle based website, which has a multitude of recipe's.

I use that website on a daily basis.

try strawberries & berries with bee pollen (if u don't mind this), and almond milk (homemade is best).

In a blender put
5 strawberries
1 banana, cut up
1 6 or 8 ounce container of yogurt, any flavor
some low fat milk to make it pourable
blend it up to a drinkable state.
might need to add some sweetener to your taste.
