Who has the best tofu marinade?? I love asian flavours- no meat or eggs please. Dairy is ok..

I once ate a census taker's liver and tofu with a nice Chianti marinade.
I dont eat tofu, but i'd go to foodtv.com type tofu in the search engine & if you check out the asian section in the store they'll have some asian recipies
