Here is the recipe:
Ingredients

Green beans 75 grams

Job ear 20 grams

Egg 5 grams

Rock sugar to taste

Water 10 cups

Preparations wash the green beans and job ear in and soak in cold water for one hour. Cook the two in a pressure cooker until soft finely dice the egger then thoroughly mix the boiled green beans and jobs ear in a blender. Place the mixture in a pot and add the egger and boil until the egger dissolves add rock sugar to taste and mix well the mixture can now be poured into a pudding mold and cooled. After the mixture has cooled place on a plate and add can fruit to taste. Green bean job ear pudding is refreshingly smooth and delicious summer time dessert. Green beans are effective in reliving heat in the body of harmful toxicants while jobs ear is a directive. With these two properties in a pudding it a dessert all ages can enjoy.
