yes, i believe its horrible what they do to animals and how they think eating an animal is the only way to get protien and not be friending one. Animals have rights too , they're just like you and me breath same air, evolved in to what they are now. they don't deserve that.
Ya, thats actually one of the videos that made me vegitarian. If you go on PETA's website, there are even more videos that will seriously make you not want to eat meat ever again.
I have been a vegetarian for a a long time but I am one mainly for health and ethical reasons. I think it is wrong to kill animals for food and eat the meat and you can get food poisoning and other crap. I limit myself to the organic milk and dairy to once a month or less. My diet consist of mostly fruits, whole grains, veggie mock meats, veggies, nuts etc. Normally people may still eat organic dairy and milk because you do not have to kill the animal to get the milk(although in most cases killing an animal is usually involved. I tend to have a bit of a weakness for pizza and ice cream though.

Exactly why! I LOVE animals, and hate the way they are treated...I hope one day there is a non-violent way to kill them for meat, so they wouldn't have to go through all the pain and suffering. I've always wondered if they could just euthanize them painlessly, but the meds would go all through the body and then it would be harmless to humans.
