How do i lose weight when i'm already a veg?
I need to exercise and eat healther
i eats too much fries and cheese
Answers:
Well there's your answer...fries and cheese. lol Lay off of them...or atleast eat it in moderation. Everything needs to be eaten in moderation. The best solution to losing weight in any diet is...
>>> Drink plenty of water
>>> Exercise at least 30 minutes per day /5 days a week
>>> Set a goal for yourself
>>> Lay off sweets and processed food
>>> Lower the amount of sodium you consume
I could go on and on...but i mean, you're old enough to do the research yourself. Remember...keep it healthy...no starving...that stuff doesn't work. Make sure to find out key things...such as your BMI...your healthy weight range, how many calories you should be consuming, etc...

Try excercising like swimming or biking.
you answered your own question. are you looking for a magic pill?
The answer has never changed... Eat less, move more. Lower your caloric intake, make healthier food choices, eat 3 - 4 times per day, drink plenty of water and exercise.
eat a good breakfast, cereal or porridge. pleanty of fruit, soup and scone for lunch and you can have potatoes and veg for dinner, plenty of yoghurt, and drink lots of water.walk and exercise every day.good luck
Swimming is an excellent exercise for losing weight. And also if your at home do you worry a lot, then get restless and just eat, eat, If you do, find a hobby to keep you busy and your mind off of eating.
stop eating butter, cheese and milk, you'll lose fast
and only drink water!
Losing weight is all about caloric intake vs. caloric expenditure. In other words, if you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. With normal activity on an average basis, most people burn 15 calories per pound on a daily basis, so multiply your weight times 15 to get your daily caloric expenditure. This is how many calories a day you would have to consume to maintain your weight at the same level with normal activity. It takes an expenditure of 3500 calories to burn off one pound of fat. If you reduce your caloric intake or increase your caloric expenditure (through increased activity (exercise)) by 500 calories per day, you will lose one pound per week (500 x 7 = 3500). All diets work on this formula. Low carb diets do this by keeping the appetite response suppressed, thus enabling you to consume less calories. Low fat diets do it by helping you cut out the highest calorie per gram foods. The best way to achieve a loss of weight is exactly what we already know--eat less and exercise more.
I know the problem.
Try to live for a while as a vegan. It works wonders.
On the longer run - as you know the problem - get off too much fried food. It is not very healthy anyway. Choose some cooked meals or even raw alternatives instead. Stews can be a good alternative, but in your case don't add too much cheese again.
Many new and old Vegetarians want to balance out the protein with milk products, and mainly cheese. Use alternatives or substitutes, like tofu and milk, yoghurt. They can be quite good for cooking. Try Japanese food. Most of their dishes can be easily changed to vegetarian and they are healthy, low carb, low fat.
Eat food that contain 5 grams or less of sugar, cut out "enriched" ingredients, and don't eat food flavored with corn syrup.
Contrary to popular belief, a vegetarian diet is not a weight loss diet. Young people tend to rely on cheese and starches to fill them up. Fried foods and cheeses add way too much fat.
Curb the "white foods" breads, potatoes, rices & pastas. Add in more green foods like broccoli, edamame, zucchini, green beans, spinach,
Include protien in the form of soy, tofu, light cottage cheese, yogurt and edamame .
And like others say, "eat less - move more" Don't say Ill exercise 3 times a week - because you let it slide till saturday and you need to make up three days. Instead, tell yourself. If two days pass and I haven't exercised, TODAY is the day i HAVE to go. Walk Walk Walk everywhere.
Cut out the potatioes , pasta , bread , cheese, sweets made with sugar and other starchy foods, you'll lose weight.
It's not what you eat, sweetie, it's how much you eat. You can still get fat from eating tofu.
Cut out the fries.
Deep fried food is the Number #1 food to avoid, that stuff will Kill you.
I sorry to say but veg. never get the diet you need. Following todays food groups will help. But eating fish is a very very good way to lose weight because it is low on carbs. Doing different stuff like skating, biking, running, swiming (really helps) will help to. Stay away from fast food and dessert. treat yourself every week or 2.
There is something called the McDougal Diet Plan, you can google it, that will take the weight off like magic. It's very very strict but it works.
try and be strict vegetarian ,don't eat junk food, also avoid cheese and fried food eat home made food eat boiled food for 5 weeks and don't eat at night eat before 8 pm all the best
You just answered your own question. You need to cut down on junk food and fatty foods and exercise.
don't eat fried food and eat stuff that's healthy and exercise (swimming,&running)and if you keep on getting hungry drink juice or water.
