What can you do to help you stay a vegetarian because i just started.?
i just decided to become a vegetarian but i LOVE hamburgers. what can i do,read, see to make me stay true.

There are some great veggie burgers out there. Morningstar Prime Grillers is great with a toasted bun, swiss cheese and mushrooms on top. Even some Morningstar breakfast strips on top work well.
For me, I just have to remember why I became a vegetarian in the first place -- I don't want to eat the animals. That in and of itself is enough that I never even question whether to continue this lifestyle. It helps if your family is supportive but if they aren't, just be sure to bring your own food to family events. Stick up for yourself and your beliefs and be sure to ask (politely) if foods are vegetarian.
being vegetarian is an state of mind,
it take time and efford to become and think vegetarian.
learn the real test of the real food first,and then make up Your mind if You want to go back to " the junk food."

that would depend on why you decided to become a vegetarian....but if you want to read...there are many books and tapes...my suggestion would be to pick up the cd "eating 2nd edition - plus introducing the rave diet"...check out ravediet.com

if u wanna become a vegetarian, but still want hamburger, u can go for faux meat. Yves have faux meats. they got some delis, bacons,hotdogs, etc, the great thing is THEY'RE MEATLESS!!!..now, there might be some people out there, that might say, how can u have hamburger without the real meat!!!..that is dumb..well being a vegeterain, is not easy, some starters still crave meat taste, well faux meat does the trick..gives ur tastebuds the pleasure of meat, without the meat..^_^...if i were u, i would start slowly.. dont get rid of meat that fast..ur body might go in a shock with the lack of meat.. u can start with eating meat just once a week, then once u get used to it, go for once a month, then once ur not craving for any burgers, then u'll be ready:)...good luck!!..^_^
