You're not going to find anything that lasts longer than that once opened. That's longer than cow's milk, ya know. Many soy milk brands make smaller serving sizes, little drink boxes, etc. I find those handy when I'm traveling, and they'd work well in your situation, too. Just check out the long life milk section. I know EdenSoy does some, and I think Rice Dream and Soy Dream do as well, but it's been a long time since I've lived in the States, so I can't be sure....
You could also try getting more of it into your diet. I don't drink it by the glass, myself, but it's good on cereal, in oatmeal, you can use it to bake with, and I use it to make creamy pasta sauces and soups.

8th Continent is an alternative
...you could try rice milk. Or.....just try buying smaller containers of the milk...that way it won't go bad so fast. 7-10 days is okay though. If it lasted any longer than that.....you'd know that it has HELLA preservatives in it...which almost contradicts the point in being lacto-veggie... Weigh your options... animal product/////////or superduper chemicals and preservativesssssssss... Real milk lasts about the same time.. Your not going to find anything else that's good for you that lasts longer!!!
I have a lactose issue & never really liked milk in the first place,,, I love my soy milk though,,, I don't buy Silk, it's usually the most expensive & yes does spoil quickly..
aside from soy, I have discovered that Rice Dream is really good
Also Almond Breeze,,, both of these you can get in choc. or vanilla or an orig. flavor... The Almond Breeze I've noticed has the least amt. of fat & calories vs. the others as well.
Right now I have Chocolate "Pearl" in my fridge (soy milk) it also has the name "Kikkoman" on the box.
All of these brand mentioned last a good while, much longer than milk would
oh my i am in love with almond breeze by blue diamond. i use the original in oatmeal or cereal and the chocolate just to drink (it taste just like conventional chocolate milk. its awesome!)
