What can I do with this pudding that never set because I made it with soymilk?!

Question:

What can I do with this pudding that never set because I made it with soymilk?

I should have looked it up first I know, but I went ahead and made it and it never set and now I've learned from the internet that it won't set. Does anyone know what I can do with some vanilla pudding that never set? Would it be good in a smoothie or something?

Answers:
Freeze it and make pudding pops!

You shoud look it up.You can probably do some thin with it

Sure, why not. Throw in some friut and you are good to go.

I don't see why it wouldn't be okay in a smoothie add lots of fruit to it, and it should be fine!

Good Luck

It would maybe be okay for a smoothie, or like, even a filling for a cake maybe. You could mix it together with some whipped cream, and make something similar to a bavarian. . .Other than that- toss it.

you could drizzle it over fresh berries?

Don't throw it away! The consistency shouldn't matter too much...it will still taste great. Mix with fruit, cereal, granola, or even some non-beany-tasting silken tofu if you want to make something firmer. Ooh, or combine the ideas and make a parfait. The first time I made pudding that didn't set, I just drank it. Later, I started mixing it with more soy milk to make a smooth flavoured milk drink.

Mix it with unflavored gelatin (knox) if you are not vegan. It should set something like jello pudding. How much gelatin to add depends on the amount and how thick it got if at all. If it is still like milk, just add your pudding like milk with the sweetener added..

Get a small pound cake or angel food cake and tear into pieces. Combine cake pieces and pudding, add some sliced bananas or fruit of your choice and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

TAKE SOME CORNSTARCH, AND MIX IN SOME COLD WATER, THEN WARM UP THE MILK AND ADD IT, IT SHOULD SET ,NAMASTE

i think it should be. just try it out! it dosent hurt to try new things.

Smoothie was my first thought, or just use it like cream over fresh fruit.
