Anyone know about Pineapples??
How do you pick out a good pineapple?
And when you get it home...
How should you store it? In the fridge?
Sad to say, I love this fruit, but don't know much about buying fresh ones.

gently pull out one of the stems at the top of the pineapple. if its really hard to pull it out, then its not ripe enough. if it comes out too easily, then its too ripe. you have to find the middle ground when picking a pineapple. good luck!
I don't know a lot about them but I know you should avoid getting one that is over ripe. I usually put mine in a brown paper bag (loose) and into the fridge.
It should feel heavy, smell like fruit. Store in a brown paper bag not in the fridge.
