There is, you can try the following:

? 1 tbsp arrowroot, 1 tbsp soya flour and 2 tbsp water
? 2 tbsp flour, ? tbsp shortening, ? tsp baking powder and 2 tsp water
? 50g tofu blended with the liquid portion of the recipe
? ? large banana, mashed
? 50 ml white sauce
Well in baking, you have a few alternatives. One is EnerG egg replacer, a powder that you can use to mimic what eggs do in a baked good. The link below has very thorough info on all the other things you can use in baking such as bananas, tofu, and flax seeds.
If you're looking for a substitute for eggs as the main ingredient, I find tofu to be the best, although supposedly ackee is a good substitute as well. I've never tried it though. Tofu makes good scrambles and omelets, as well as Tofu Benedict. There's a recipe for that on the second site.
The third site is a vegan recipe database where you can find plenty of egg-free recipes.
Egg beaters. Beans. Bananas. Avacados. Just to name a few.
You might want to look at this web site. No pun intended.

Well, since people are only talking about egg substitutes for baking and stuff, I will talk about egg substitutes for things that actually taste like eggs.
Scrambled eggs - Get some extra firm tofu and crumble it over a frying pan (you may want to dry it first) while the stove is still off. Once it is all crumbled, add some nutritional yeast, salt, any other seasonings you want, and a little bit of turmeric, mostly for its yellow color. Then put in some oil and fry it for a few minutes.
Hard boiled egg - I discovered this one night when I was eating a potato, thinking that its texture and consistency reminded me a lot of egg yolk. You basically get a boiled potato and mash it (not so much that it is very mushy, but just enough so that it has a yolky texture). Then add some nutritional yeast, salt, and a pinch of vegenaise. To give it an appearance of a hard boiled egg, get a block of extra firm tofu, and cut out a little square of it. Carve out some space to put the 'yolk' into. You can round off the edges of the 'square tofu piece' so it looks like half of an egg. You can use this to garnish a vegan chef's salad.
There is a post above that is good for substitutions in baked goods. If you feel like eating eggs you need to make scrambled tofu. Try looking at www.vegweb.com for recipes.
Try this - http://www.fatfreevegan.com/dressings/eg...
Also, this is a vegan blog.. so you will find yummy vegan recipes (fat free too)
EnerG Foods make a Egg Replacer. I have only used it for baking, which has worked very well.
