My vegetarian cat ate meat by accident, what should I do?
She had 5 kittens and ate the afterbirth without me noticing. Will she die now that she is a meat eater?
Answers:
I think she'll be fine. Prestone Anii-Freeze would probably be nice for her to wash it down with.
How do you know that your cat is a vegetarian?
no. eating afterbirth comes natural to cats
what exactly are you trying to prove? that you're a moron?mission accomplished.
Naw they do that....tastes like chicken.
Isn't it natural for animals, at least dogs as I know from personal experience, to eat the afterbirth?
well it is normal for a cat to be a MEAT EATER!!! is is also normal that they eat theei own kittens, no idea y but they do lol
It is cruel to force a cat to be vegetarian, they are carnivorous predators and their system does not tolerate vegetables
Answers, please be aware that this asker is a waiter with job issues. Because vegetarians ask him questions about food at his job, he feels the compulsion to harass vegetarians and vegans in this section. These are not real questions, they are some kind of revenge for a person who really needs a career change.
Was being a vegetarian the cat's choice? It certainly shouldn't be yours. And she's supposed to eat the afterbirth. Your cat would have been severely traumatized had she not been allowed to do that... and may more likely (as someone mentioned) have eaten her kittens out of frustration.
Check with your cat's vet. before continuing with this vegetarian diet for your cat. I can't believe you even found vegetarian catfood. Table food for any pet shouldn't be given. If that weren't cruelty to animals, I wouldn't even trust that it's truely vegetarian.
You probably shouldn't be allowed to even own a pet of any kind.
you could....stop asking stupid questions in this catagory.
Send it to a holistic animal psychologist after playing DVDs of the Gilmour Girls to induce vomiting. If that doesn't work, eat the cat and make the necessary tributes to it's ancestors
You're next on your cat's menu.
