Starch, carbonhydrate such as potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, and beans.

beans and legumes

you need to have fresh picked vegetables
try the green vegetables

try these vegetables (steam only, do not cook in oil)

*Lettuce
*Cabbage
*Brocolli
*Carrot
*Cauli Flower
*Baby Corn
Mushrooms (telephone shaped)

these vegetables gives the body the strength it needs
I myself is a vegetarian.

Pulses and millets.

Legumes (chickpeas/garbanzos) are my favorite
Carbs such as Whole Wheat Pasta

I eat a lot of the low fat tofu, just use recipes until you learn how to cook with it.

believe it or not, soy is loaded with protien and the vitasmins to keep you strong. as well as peanut butter, eggs (if ur a vegetarian who eats eggs). of course the vitamins in veggies also help.
