CALCIUM FREE AND Milk /Dairy FREE HEALTH DRINKS?

On a restricted diet----NO DAIRY WHATSO EVER= NO MILK= NO CALCIUM........cannot drink soy or rice milk because it has calcium in it........WHAT CAN I DRINK BESIDES FRUIT JUICES>?????

you can take tea, coffee, water, green tea, blend vegetables and drink up, squeeze real fruits and drink the juice. don't go for the lattes or soda, they are not good.

They drink 3 oz of this every day. It is great for rheumatism and arthritis. You can store it in gallon jugs.

128 oz. 15 min 15 min prep

64 ounces apple juice
48 ounces grape juice, pure
8 ounces cider vinegar, pure
6 ounces honey, pure

Mix all ingredients well and store in gallon jugs.
Drink 3 oz a day.

Apple Cider Health Drink
In 400 B.C., Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, treated his patients with natural apple cider vinegar for its powerful cleansing, healing, and germ-fighting qualities. (This recipe is from the cookbook "How It All Vegan".)

1/2 frsh lemon, sliced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 teaspoon liquid sweetener
1/4 cup cayenne pepper
2 cups water

In a small saucepan, add all the ingredients and bring to a slow boil over medium heat.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve.

Whats wrong with WATER??... Squeeze a little lemon in it!

i don't understand the problem with calcium

Some Herbal teas or water! Or coffee! I guess you must have calcium deposits in you which happens when you have
too much calcium in your system! I have that problem. Although coconut milk contains some calcium it's very little.
I use it! Banana's are pure potassium no calcium in them!
If you are thinking calcium is only in meat or milk products you are in error! Most pops are just carbohydrated sweet drinks with no calcium in them! I heard Pepsi uses Banana oil!
