Apples. broccoli, and cabbage.

That depends on whether you're looking for soluble or insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber is the "soft" fiber that bulks up the flesh of foods like apples and bananas, while insoluble fiber is the "hard" fiber that is completely indigestible and serves mostly to sweep your intestines like a broom.

You need some of both in your diet, although some people are too sensitive to insoluble fiber to get much of it. Apples are high in insoluble fiber if you consume the peel, while without the peel they are all soluble fiber.

Green leafy things and fruit peels (including cucumber and tomato peels) are basically all insoluble fiber when they're raw. When you cook them, some of the fiber softens into more digestible carbohydrates.

Strawberries are great for upping your intake of fiber, since they're made mostly of soluble fiber, water, and just a little fruit sugar.
