Human fecal matter varies significantly in appearance, depending on diet and health. Normally it is semisolid, with a mucus coating. Its brown coloration comes from a combination of bile and bilirubin, which come from dead red blood cells.
Generally but not always true. Sweetcorn can stay with you for a long time.
Some dogs have white poo.
This is so not true. I had blood in my stools and it was fire engine red.
It's the bile created by your liver that creates the brown colour.
Lighter/darker stools are usually an indicater of your health. As are stools that float (I think this one is not enough fiber), stools that leave stains when flushed (greasy diet).
Stuff like guiness (not vegan/vegetarian by the way) is supposed to turn your poo black!
Have you tried eating beetroot? Still I suppose even that can be called a shade of brown.
Your poo is colored by what you eat. I only eat plants, grains, and fruit. My poo is usually not dark brown, but a brownish shade of what I ate.. like more pink if I eat alot of beets, more orange for carrots, more green for chard or spinach. Abit gross, but it's true. Alot of unnatural food colors or meats dairy etc will make dark brown poo.
i seen green poo, and red poo after eating cheeto
i saw orange pooo from after eating carrot tofu
rainbow poo poo
It is not always..eat some fresh beets, or lots of dark green veggies
Thank your lucky stars that its not pink with lime stripes in it...that would be spooky!!!!
