they actually eat fruits that had fallen from the tree by nature, not by picking, and they believe in eating it raw, and not cooked....is that even a healthy diet?

Waaaaaaaaah! Too many people being mean to fruitarians without knowing the real deal!
Lets look at fruitarians properly.
1) Fruits to fruitarians are any item that comes from a tree, bush or plant. This can include apples, nuts, tomatoes, seeds etc. This may sound limited to a standard person used to eating lasagnes and sandwiches, but lets face it, we're apes. Fruit is a massive part of any apes diet (except for gorillas who are foliovores). Whether you believe in God or evolution, I'm pretty sure you agree that man didn't come into existance wearing oven gloves.
2) With fruitarianism, the idea is, is that rather than wasting time and effort on a field planting food that will die the moment we pick it, instead, it would be more sensible to use the field to grow trees that would give us fruit year after year. The tree wants us animals to eat the fruit to poop out the seeds (to create more trees), we get to eat to eat the fruit, and the tree can be relied upon to deliver more fruit.
3) Some fruitarians do not agree with killing plants and trees, that it is unkind. Now, some people may find that funny, but it's the main, STUPID argument that vegans/vegetarians always get "Plants feel pain too!" meat-eaters will say, yet they will be the first to laugh at the idea of a fruitarian for the same reason.
4) It's eco friendly beyond belief.
There are different types of fruitarians- ones who will only eat fruit after it's dropped from trees, those who will only eat raw 'fruit' etc. Interestingly, a lot of fruit is high in salicylates- a hormone which protects the fruit as it grows. To humans, very high levels of salicylates are dangerous (they occur in nearly all plant-based foods), and can cause rashes and allergies. However, the more ripe a fruit is, the lower the salicylate- meaning that it is better for you to eat the apple that has dropped than to eat the apple direct from the tree.
As a vegan who lives in a rainy country, fruitarianism is almost a romantic diet. The ethics in there can't be denied- but in reality, it wouldn't be healthy for someone who did not have access to wide amounts of organic fruit- in my opinion. If I lived somewhere tropical, I'd definitely give it a go. But here, my diet would be too unbalanced.
"One who's diet consists mainly of raw fruits. (Do not confuse with a vegan raw foodist.)"
thats what i found from the site below. hope that helps :)
dont think its a very healthy diet!
Man are they screwed or what? There's nothing wrong with eating vegetables, but the same thing can't be said to the fruitarians, they're so wrong in thinking that picking fruits from trees is murder.
I really likes the healthy diets and the fruits too.. but I think the fruitarians don`t going in the right way..
look at this links to find some information about

truthfully .. that is just crazy. they have to be alive, breathing eating, thinking, needing .. you cant murder things that dont think like that
