Does anyone know why I'm not feeling well?!

Question:

Does anyone know why I'm not feeling well?

I quit smoking in December and was spitting up green phlem like there was no tomorrow, but that stopped in 2 months and I was able to go back on track. Now 5 months I've quit and just recently I'm spitting up that green phlem again.

I don't smoke
I don't drink soda, coffee or tea

I recently stopped eating meat and dairy products 2 weeks ago, could this be the reason why this is happening?

Answers:
Your body might be cleansing itself of the toxins in the cigarettes, meat and dairy, or you might possibly have a sinus infection. I'd get it checked out. But go to a practitioner that understands about vegan health, perhaps a homeopathic doctor or something like that. A regular doctor might not look at the whole picture.

go have a good steak and you'll feel fine, dont be a trendy puss or it will effect your health

i quit smoking about 7 months ago, and i still spit up stuff. i figure for all the years you smoke, you will probably cough it up.

From the look of your avatar, I would suggest you cover your chest and put a pair of jeans on.
Maybe that would help.

It sounds as if you have an unresolved bronchial infection, or you could still be detoxing from the bad stuff. Try some grapefruit seed extract from the health food store-its a natural antibiotic that may help to resolve the issue. Also, try heating some spring water (not tap, chlorinated, or "purified or enhanced") water in a coffee mug with some fresh lemon, lime or grapefruit juice in it-make a tent with your hands or a towel and inhale deeply. That may loosen the mucous. Do you eat alot of dairy, such as milk or cheese? Commercial dairy can cause mucous buildup-raw dairy usually does not.

I quit after 19 yrs of smoking, Your lungs are cleaning themselves, after a while they start generating scar tissue which is the healing process back to pink lungs from black and you will spit stuff up. I really started feeling better after about 6 months of being quit. Good job and good luck.

I think the best thing you can do is go to your doctor and he will give you some penicillin and you will be bright as rain

Sounds like you are in serious need of some chicken noodle soup. I'm not kidding. It does wonders for combating colds and flus. There's a valid reason it's sometimes called "Jewish penicillin"

See a doctor love!
