What do you eat daily? Breakfast to dinner?


Answers:
whatever the **** I feel like! lol Just like you probably do, right?

So far today it's been whole-grain crackers w/ hummus, cherry coke zero, asparagus, strawberries, some popcorn, a tomato, pretzels, a veggie chik patty... later on I'll probably have some soup, along w/ whatever else sounds good :)

Today:
An orange
A leftover tofu burger from last night
A bowl of miso soup
1/2 cup of elbow macaroni with tomato sauce
1 liter of cherry cola
^^^ Thus far ^^^

vvv rest of the day vvv
a large salad
another orange
Probably some barley, almond, and carrots later.

Breakfast:
Shredded wheat cereal and vanilla soy milk.
And coffee w/ vanilla soy milk and raw sugar.
(that's pretty much what I eat for breakfast everyday)

Lunchs:
Soup, Salad, apples and natural peanut butter, other fruits, beans and Brown rice, cereal again maybe..lol

Snacks:
soy yogurts (recently have been loving that stuff), Fruit, Chocolate soy milk, chickpeas, radishes, pretzels, peas.

Dinners:
Salad, whole wheat pasta, soup.. sometimes, anything with beans... Peas and brown rice w/ olive oil lemon juice salt and pepper... I can't think of anything else... right now... lol

I drink juice, water, (homemade) ice tea sometimes, hot tea, soymilk, coffee, beer :), and I guess that's it...
I try to space those things out into like 5 meals... like breakfast> small lunch> Snack> small dinner> snack.

it depends on the day. i don't eat the exact same thing everyday...so far today i have eaten:

breakfast:

a bowl of regular quaker instant oatmeal with splenda added. had water to drink.

lunch:

i went to La Madelaine's today and had a spinach quiche and a small salad. had a diet dr. pepper to drink.

dinner:

i'm not too sure yet, i'll have to see what i have in the fridge when i get home. i'm thinking of maybe having a vegetable teriaki bowl by Amy's or something.

...and i don't normally snack on things in between. i'm not much of a snacker.

Just so you know im not a vegetarian its not healthy but i am a health fanatic i watch what i eat!

Breakfast:
Orange juice
bannana
baked hashbrown
whole wheat toast
egg

Lunch
Veggie burger
Dry salad
cucumber chopped
milk

Dinner:
Bread
Soup (vegetable)
small salad
apple juice
A extreamly small sprite!

snax:
Juice box
vegetable chips (healthy)
cream cheese bagel bites!

breakfast...
black coffee and fruit

Lunch
peanut butter and jelly sammy

Dinner...
I'm debatting that right now

It's different every day... waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, noodles, nothing, apples, noodles, rice, soup, leftovers, cookies, cake, banana bread, sushi, mushrooms, stir fry, spaghetti, lots of soups rice and stir frys.... I don't have some kind of regular habbits I eat whatever I want whenever I want -- I'm an adult and I know what's good for me or not. I prefer home made baked goods etc. so I can add less or no sugar salt etc. I'm really into quality and to get quality mostly we make it ourselves. We have a very large garden and that's what gives us a lot of variety.
