Vegetable dishes for people who hate vegetables?!

Question:

Vegetable dishes for people who hate vegetables?

I hate veggies but need to eat more. Does anyone know of recipes that make veggies more palatable?

Answers:
Put salad and slice tomato into all light foods like sandwiches, buns, tacos, pitta breads and bagels. You barely taste it in there if there's a beanburger/falafel etc in there as well. Use hummus, guacamole and salsa to take the taste away from salad (which, lets face it, doesn't really taste like anything).

Veggie/pasta casseroles. Cut the veg up small.

Cauliflower cheese w/potato.

Veggie Soups! Make your own and liquidize them. You wont have to chew a single chunky vegetable.

Some veggies do taste REALLY nice- red and green bell peppers are nice, stuffed with spicy rice and baked in the oven. Even things like brussel sprouts, which people hate, can be pan fried in garlic and spices and can taste incredible.

Boiled veg is boring (and not that good for you). Steamed veg is healthier and tastier, but kinda boring too. Learn to cook with herbs and try different ways of preparing your veg- maybe you're too used to eating veg cooked in boring ways. Even a salad can be exciting with a tasty dressing and different flavours added like fennel, pieces of grilled tofu etc!

carots with brocely and ranch

The two best rules for liking any veggie is to get it fresh and don't overcook it.

girl learn to love veggies!

i try to eat fresh but one of my fave cooked veggie dishes is Veggie Lasagna!.......sooooo good

you can use whatever veggies you desire, tomato sauce, olive oil, yummy cheeses

soooo good with a glass of wine

You need to change your way of thinking. Try to aquire a taste for healthy food.

Steamed broccoli with cheese sauce.

If you mix in sauces with vegetables then they can be much more interesting. What I mentioned above is simple to make, but of course there are many other things. Mixed vegetables in soy sauce is another example.
