Answers:
I read a book called 'The Pig Who Sang To The Moon' by Jeffrey Masson about the emotional lives of farm animals.

One chapter into it and I just couldn't think of meat in the same way again. The idea of eating another dead animal made me feel sick.

I am vegetarian,I didn't eat onion and garlic and drink any alcohol drinks. Why i become vegetarian it because I mention of my healthy.

I'm veggie because I feel healthier this way

u already asked this ... see your previous question, it has more responses.

I am 63 and have been a vegetarian all my life. My father was vegetarian from the 1920s when it was thought to be very odd though in UK there is a history going back to 1880s of a "movement".

As to why I am a vegetarian I find it difficult to answer. Clearly I grew up in a veggie household and was "conditioned" to it; there really was no choice and I could not now think of changing.

Above all I could never eat fish. How can anyone stand the stink? A tuna fish sandwich? Eat it and smell like a cats dinner all afternoon?

Hi Florrie,
I'm a new vegetarian for three months now. Cut meat out of my diet cold turkey! I missed eating it about a month into the ordeal, I had dreams of a big juicy steak, but now I'm begining to adjust and I do not look back at all.

I became vegan for health, Spiritual and moral, environmental and economic reasons. For more on this, check out

me i'm a veggie, i hate animal cruelty and i became a vegetarian because i went off meat and it started from there.

i am and y do people give you abuse 4 it? were not all mad heads who dig people's grannies up just to prove a point!

I've been a vegetarian for something like 8 years now. I enjoy my diet, and feel healthy. I am rarely ill, and have plenty of energy.
Most of the reason I became vegetarian is the fact I dislike the taste of meat. Next, I protest deforestation and ground water pollution due to factory farms. I like animals, but animal rights are at the bottom of my list. I can think of so many concrete reasons to not eat meat that I don't have to engage in anthropomorphism. Still, I do think it's nice that I don't have to add to the violence in the world by having dinner.

I don't eat meat or chicken or fish but I do drink milk and eat cheese. I never like meat and I love animals. I always ate my vegetables first wo when I started cooking for myself I cooked vegetables. I also preferred my vegetables raw so I eat alot of salads
