Vegetarian/Vegan Fertility?!
Vegetarian/Vegan Fertility?
I've been reading a couple articles online about how a veg diet can lead to a miscarriage or infertility. I am making my transition from a vegetarian to vegan diet, and as a young woman who would like to have children in a few years, can I get any opinions on this? There are already problems such as endometriosis that run in my family that I have to worry about. I'm hoping these stories are exaggerated. Please don't reply if you're only speculating. I'd like to hear from people who have been directly affected or know someone who has.

If your diet is poor you will have trouble conceiving ..if your diet is healthy and you do not have medical issues ..you will have no problem.. I can slant any view point with a few facts and Omissions!! I am vegan , but when I married I was vegetarian at that time 5 years..got pregnant on my honeymoon .. then used precautions untill we were ready to have another baby ..and as soon as we stopped precautions , I got pregnant again (by then I was vegan) .. also my daughter in law got pregnant as soon as they tried , she and my son are both Vegan .. so do not worry ..stress could be your downfall but NOT being vegetarian/vegan ..

Anorexics or hard core female athletes dont get their period because of little body fat.
