I went to the grocery hungry about a month ago and bought about 10 tofus..?
I used one, froze the others and recently thawed one and used it..now I am tired of tofu and want junk food...can I still grind them up with fruit into a slushie/smoothie? (it was firm tofu)...

Not sure about a smoothie with non silken tofu. MIght be kind of chunky. Most desserts need silken as well.
Fried tofu's yummy. So is lasagna. They should last a while longer in the freezer anyway. And I just remembered a recipe I have for Tofu Feta that's really tasty.
1 pound firm tofu
1 t salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t olive oil
2 T lemon juice
1 T chives, minced
1 t dill, minced.
Combine half of the tofu and all of the seasonings in a food processor (I just use an immersion blender), and blend until smooth. In a small bowl, mash remaining tofu with a fork, and stir in the blended tofu mixture. Adjust seasonings to taste and refrigerate.
Makes 2 cups.
You can use it in smoothies, yes! Or you can make a tofu "cheesecake".
My big guilty tofu pleasure is (vegan) pad thai with deep fried tofu. It's soooo good.
You could try to fry up cubed tofu to add to some of your dishes. It would probably give you that "junk food fix" you are craving.
Addendum: Last night my friend made me a delicious tofu "scrambler" by stir frying green and red bell peppers, mushrooms, watercress, and tofu in olive oil and red pepper last night.
Tonight I had red peppers, baby corn, basil, and fried tofu in a Thai sauce. Mmm… now I am hungry again.
Frozen tofu becomes grainy, sort of like finely ground and cooked hamburger. It probably would not work well in a slushy/smoothie.
Make up a stir fry with healthy veggies and use the crumbled tofu instead of meat. Eat a healthy serving, fridge the rest for tomorrow.
Have something decadent for desert!
The best of both worlds!
Frozen tofu is great for hot pot recipe. If you have oriental store nearby, ask them about either Japanese or Chinese hot pot base. (Note: Hot pot has both spicy and non-spicy versions.) I include a product picture found on Amazon.com for reference - http://www.amazon.com/fujijin-nabe-dashi...
I would recommend you to get all the friends for a tofu party.
