What is the spice that is called Beef Flavor for Ramen Noodles?
I assume because they call it "Beef Flavor" it is not really beef so what spice is it really, please ?
Answers:
beef bullion cubes!
It's a lot of stuff along with preservatives and artificial flavoring to make it taste the way it does. Read your label for specifics.
It would have to be some kind of imitation beef broth or something.
Beef bouillon (just like chicken bouillon)
I dont know but I like it!
beef boullion made from juices from beef
Probably MSG.............
I think it really is just beef. If ever I make ramen noodles I just use regular beef (or chicken) bullion and it tastes just the same! It's actually better for you too because the kind that comes in the packet is loaded with msg.
it is a bullion cube beef bullion cube to be exact they also sell chicken bullion cubes... its like dried gravy kind of like the same thing as powdered milk...they just evaporate it and turn it into a powdered substance its not actually beef itself but the juice from beef like if your bakin a pot roast and you put water in it and that is the juice its that flavoring...
It is dehydrated beef stock and flavoring from other animal sources. It is definitely not vegan or vegetarian, neither is the chicken or shrimp flavor.
i think its beef bouillion
It contains several ingredients. I do know it's not vegan because it does contain beef fat.
