It all depends, but the cookies should have ingredients listed. The Thai place near me has eggs in its fortune cookies.
Just read the labels, and if you are not sure, don't eat it.

yes, but isnt it a bit silly to be that strict that you would even question it. Eat what you want and eat healthy, but dont get to caught up in being an activist.

Some fortune cookie producers use egg whites to brush the cookies before baking. Check the label.
If they are Vegan then yes. I'm fortunate to live near a Chinese place with Vegan fortune cookies. I think I'll have Chinese for lunch!
I wouldn't if I were you... Some are vegan... some are not... and sometimes it's really hard to find out...
