This is vegan right?!
This is vegan right?
I bought this cereal today. It seems to be vegan.
ingredients: corn meal, dehydrated corn juice, natural peanut butter (ground peanuts, salt). oat flour, rice flour, sea salt, natural vitamin e (mixed tocopherols), baking soda
I checked out the website and they said that all the products that the company makes are organic and on the box it says 100% natural. Also on the website it said that they never use refined white sugar or artificial flavoring. On the box it does say Kosher Pareve and that it is vegetarian.
This cereal is safe to eat right?? I already ate some of it...
Answers:
yes, looks 100% vegan.
I pasted a link with a list of non-vegan ingredients found in food, cosmetics and hygiene products.

I would agree
Yes without milk
It's Vegan, trust me:)
Of course it's safe. If it wasn't they wouldn't sell it. If it tastes good is a whole 'nother question.
PS it's vegan by itself. if you add milk then it's not.
well if you already ate some of it you might as well finish it off...
Unless you have a fatal peanut allergy then you should be fine.
sounds vegan to me...but it doesnt sound good...there r a lot better sounding vegan cereals out there tho. enjoy ur yummy breakfast in a box!
its OK unless you ate it with dairy milk
But you need to decide for yourself how you define your eating philosphy. 'vegan' and 'vegetarian' are just labels, not strict rules (unless it is culturally or religiously bound). Instead of worrying if you fit the label, make your own rules that fit your beliefs and lifestyle.
You don't have to answer to anyone but yourself.
The ingredients seem to be all natural. You may want to double-check on tocopherols. I have no idea what that is. I would suggest you also take a multivitamin/mineral supplement just to make sure you don't become deficient in any necessary nutrient.
Yes...your good
