I need help on amounts of vegetarian foods to eat each week?

How much should you have of things like beans, chickpeas, rice, couscous should I have each week? And how much should you have of things like eggs, TVP and anything else u can think of.
I'm 13 by the way.

You need to eat protien!
between 30-45+grams a day for our age.
