What would be a good menu for a 10 year old vegetarian to eat for the week?!

Question:

What would be a good menu for a 10 year old vegetarian to eat for the week?

My daughter is 10 years old and a vegetarian. She doesn't eat pig, cow, chicken, turkey the basics and has cut out eggs, but eats seafood. I am not a vegetarian, and I don't know what to eat, and cannot get to a nutritionist until two weeks. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good menu for her to eat the whole week. Thanks.

you should try vegetable fried rice. All you need is white rice, peas, onions, eggs, carrots (if you want ),and soy sauce. Cook the eggs scramble and boil the peas and carrots (if you want them) then cook the onions. After that add the white rice, peas, eggs, carrots, and onions. Then add the soy sauce enough to cover the white rice with the soy sauce but not too much. Then add sugar and mix well. That is your vegetable fried rice

-Cheese and potato quesadillas with tomatoes and guacamole
-veggie burgers with fries
-veggie hot dogs with mashed potatoes
-bean tostadas (or tacos) with cheese and sour cream

-Pasta (any sauce) with or without veggie ground "meat" with bread
-For breakfast try oatmeal, juice, smoothies (healthy ones), cereal, etc.
