In response to the first post...for many vegetarians it is more than just a diet, it is a passionately followed way of life dedicated to non-violence towards animals, and so of course we will talk about it. And meat-eaters do quote and talk about their diets or say disparaging things about ours, so please don't pretend otherwise.
See, this is what bugs me. People who are not veggies do not go around making quotes about their way of eating. Ugh! But here you are asking this question thinking that what you do is so much better than what other people do. Just makes me scratch my head.
My favorite is "If God didn't want us to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat?"
I also like "Save a cow, eat a Vegetarian"
