What do you consider too much ? I Love good food keep my portions to a reasonable size and eat often ..you should eat something every 3 hours to maintain a healthy metabolism ... I also snack on negative calorie foods so that I get nutrition and satisfaction without calories .. yes but i try to stop my self. the best way to keep the pounds off is by eating lots when you get up that should last you till dinner then just have some think light like a salad. that way your still eating till your full but you got all day to work the food off
I think I eat a normal amount. Plus, it's almost all organic, the chicken's free renge organic, along with the eggs and cheese. No refined sugars in my diet either. Plus I'm happy. Hope this helps! -question001

No, I think I don't eat enough food. I eat healthy food and I also exercise 5 days per week. I burn off most of what I take in. It's almost impossible for me to eat too much.
