What are some traditional polynesian ingrediants?
besides things like pork, spam, eggs, etc.(imported from european explorers, and asian countries)
but like spices, fruit, vegitables, etc, used before their culture was mixed with others
sorry if this is hard to understand, I just want to know some natural foods that grow on the islands

Well the luau I have been to they have poi a traditional pudding, pig, rice, fresh fruit like coconut, pineapple, papaya, kiwi fruit. They may have some roots they eat like malanga. That's all I can think of.
