Do you think soy milk is any better then cow's milk?!

Question:

Do you think soy milk is any better then cow's milk?

My wife and I just switch from cow's milk to soy, it took a little getting used to, but now I like it. I heard it may shrink my man goodies, which is a little scary, but hell, if it helps my overall quality of life, I'll try anything in moderation.

Answers:
who told you that? actually the opposite is true. soy makes me incredibly horny. i used to have an average libido before. ever since i started drinking soy milk and eating soy products i have to j/o 3-4 times (on top of having sex once or twice a day) just to keep myself mentally sane, otherwise i get so horny i can barely control it.

Id be more worried about the boys!

My 11 month old daughter, and I both drink soy milk because we are highly allergic to cows milk, and it has never caused us problems. If it actually shrank a mans testicals or penis, whichever you are talking about, is completely absurd. If it did that, there would have to be a warning or taken off the shelves. It is a lot less fatning, and a lot more healthy, and at the same time you are getting the same nutrients, and vitamins that cows milk will give you. Great choice. If you are trying new things, try switching from beef to turkey meat. We only use turkey meat and we still make spaghetti, tacos, etc, and the difference is unnoticable!

Soy is really good for you. If you have problems digesting dairy then its really better for you. I know it makes me feel better than when I drink cow's milk. Soy has tons of benefits. Good for you!

shi* if you ask me soy is just nasty i only like soy sauce

I like soy milk much better than cows milk. Tastes better and is healthier for you.

And no, it's not going to "shrink your man goodies" so don't worry.

One good thing about soymilk, soy helps with your mood and energy. Also, no hormones or other nasty things in soymilk. And it comes in yummy flavors!

man i don't even know the difference between soy milk and cow milk

I could never digest cows milk that well. I love organic soy milk, never had any problems with it. Have been drinking it for a long time, and it is my favourite of all other kinds, like rice, oat, and almond milk. It contains protein and not much fat.

If you dont like the taste, try a different brand. They can taste quite different. Another tip is to make cacao drink or cappuccino with soy milk. (i like those) When using it to with cerial, add a spoon of your favourite jam, it tastes great with soymilk. I also enjoy soymilk pancakes.

:)

Why not play it safer on your manhood and try rice or almond milk? Most soy has been genetically modified, and is no longer a natural food. Rice milk tastes better to me (I make it homemade, sometimes mixed with almonds, cashews, or sesame seeds) I also enjoy fresh raw milk from my pampered cow. Soy can also cause adult onset allergies. I have never been allergic to anything in my life, but developed multiple allergies after consuming alot of soy. You can get a great milk maker from soyquick.com. I like being able to adjust the taste of the milk by varying the ingredients.

NO i dont like it
but I do like organic milk
which is better than regular
so try that

Phytoestrogen (also called isoflavones) won't do **** to your testicles. I've been drinking exclusively soy milk with a lot of other soy products and mine are as big as they've always been. Thats just an anecdote, but I have seen no conclusive evidence supporting that claim. Just an urban myth.

I think preferring soy milk is analogous to liking skim over two percent. It's purely a matter of habit. When I became vegan, soy milk tasted a little "off" for a while but now if there was a hypothetical vegan milk that tasted like a cow's milk I'd still use soy.

Shrinking your stuff is a myth, enjoy it. Some say that it makes a man effeminate, even gay. If that were true, then wouldn't you think all Asian men would be gay? It's just a myth, enjoy the soy.

I think it is better because there are so many people getting lactose intollerant and it has less satured fats, the same amount of protein and if you get 25 g of soyprotein a day it may protect you from cancer and other diseases.
