i dont think its neccesary unless you want to ofcourse. if you do want to go to a health store and talk to someone there. also, just so you know, i love starbucks too. and you can get a mocha or hot cocoa because their chocolate syrup is vegan. i always get a soy peppermint mocha :)

I don't think that it would hurt... as long as you do it in a healthy way (which I am sure you are planning on doing)
When I became a vegan, I just jumped right into it, that was best for me. But you may be different, and you may like to try a cleanse. I recently tried a 3- day fast, I liked it very much, and I plan on doing it again.
So congratulations on becoming a vegan!

***If I EVER went to starbucks, I would order a coffee with soymilk, yes they have that, for the people that don't know.

Well, my double bacon cheeseburger disagrees with your choice, but hey! Good luck!

Doesn't Starbucks use dairy in the coffee?! Hmm... may wanna rethink veganism.

Dairy products like milk and cheese doesn't affect veganism, the main point of veganism is be vegetarian and not harming the animals, using their produce is one way we respect the animals without hurting them. =)

Veganism is fun, you will be surprised that there so many delicious and yummy dishes that only involves vegetables. besides, eating vegetables are much healthier than eating meat. Vegetables contain dietary fibre-good for bowel and vegetables like spinach are rich in iron, so those people who says "becoming a vegan makes you weak", I say, it's bull****...haha

Congratulations, hope you like being a vegan like me =D

I dont think a cleanse is necessary. If you give your body the correct nutrients, it will cleanse itself without the harshness of a chemical or herb cleanse. You will likely notice an increase in the amount of bowel movements you have, which is a good thing. Like babies, we should go after every meal. You might try juicing carrots, celery, swiss chard, cucumber, homegrown sprouts, parsley and apple a couple of times a day. Its a super blood builder and natural alkalizer and cleanser. You can get juice extractors very inexpensively at most health food stores. Good luck on your journey, and heres to your improved health!
