What kind of meals do vegans eat exactly?!

Question:

What kind of meals do vegans eat exactly?

Answers:
Vegans eat the same kinds of foods as everyone else they just leave out the animal products.

You've probably eaten some vegan meals yourself. Minestrone, vegetarian vegetable, and some bean soups are vegan. Bean burritos, vegetable stir-fry, and meatless spaghetti are some other examples.

Here's a day of meals as an example:

Breakfast: Toast with margarine, cantaloupe.

Lunch: Black bean soup, salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and carrots with Italian dressing).

Snack: Celery with peanut butter.

Dinner: Pasta with marinara sauce and garlic bread.

Dessert: Granola with apples, walnuts, and raisins.

they don't eat meat or honey or any thing that comes from animals. they think it's wrong. but some eat pasta & stuff like that. and some don't even eat plants because plants are living things

Quite delicious ones. I mean, if you substitute in things like tofu and soy milk, you really have a ton of options. Example: for a dinner, you could do a small salad, some sort of vegetables on the side, and fried tofu with garlic sauce. Quite excellent.

They eat plants, because if you were smart enough Rachel, you'd know that plants don't have neurological systems. Duh.

They basically eat food that doesn't contain animal products and/or bi-products. And that's the truth.

Common Vegan Foods
Oatmeal, stir-fried vegetables, cereal, toast, orange juice, peanut butter on whole wheat bread, frozen fruit desserts, lentil soup, salad bar items like chickpeas and three bean salad, dates, apples, macaroni, fruit smoothies, popcorn, spaghetti, vegetarian baked beans, guacamole, chili...

Vegans Also Eat...
Tofu lasagna, homemade pancakes without eggs, hummus, eggless cookies, soy ice cream, tempeh, corn chowder, soy yogurt, rice pudding, fava beans, banana muffins, spinach pies, oat nut burgers, falafel, corn fritters, French toast made with soy milk, soy hot dogs, vegetable burgers, pumpkin casserole, scrambled tofu, seitan.

Vegans eat no food items that are derived from animals or their by-products, so not only is meat/fish out, but so are eggs and dairy products.

Vegans often replace meat and other animal proteins with things like soy products/tofu, nuts and certain grains.
