Eating out a lot usually causes weight gain, due to the fact that the portion sizes are usually larger, and also probably make lesss healthy choices.

"once" or twice a week is okay, just eat smart, as you would at home. Watch your breads & potatoes, & other carbs.

People are fat because they eat too much, eat all day long, do little or no ex cerise, and eat an extremely poor diet.

I think at home it's the between meal snacks and before bed snacks that puts weight on most people.
I only eat three times a day. I make a plate , eat that and no seconds. I do not eat snacks It works for me .

Diet 6 days a week then drink and eat like a pig. It's nice to know that your life won't be so awfully boring and empty by having to diet ALL the time.
Think of smoking. You can get away with a couple of cigarettes maybe once a week. After that, you'll be off the wagon and smoking again. I always believed the entirely forbidden fruit i harder to refuse than the apple that you MAY have once in a while.

DO NOT BECOME ANOREXIC!!! If you don't eat then water in body will make you bloat because you have no food to absorb it (but drink plenty of water everyday if you don't drink enough water then your urine will be yellow if u drink enough it will be clear). Also, If you eat healthy food 3 times a day morning, afternoon, and night your metabolism will increase so you'll be getting the food out of your body in a healthy way. Also, if you don't eat you wont have energy,your hair and skin will be damaged and you'll be hungry! If you make yourself throw up your not getting the nutrients in your body and you'll still be hungry! Just exercise and eat healthy food EVERYDAY!!!
