If you wanna know how to get it started:
Turn the gas valve on, wait a couple of minutes and let the gas rise to the top of the grill (keep the grill cover open!!!)
Ignite the middle burner, don't light the side burners yet
Once the grill lights, ignite the other burners and turn the flames up as high as you need them
Cover the grill, let it get nice and hot
Cook your food
Don't under cook you food or else you'll get sick. Don't over cook your food or else it'll taste like shitt

well, my name is not hank hill, but i do prefer to cook with propane,be sure to put a adequate amount of lava rock in the bottom of the grill, this helps hold a desired temperature and allows you to use wood chips for that added smoke flavor, you should have a booklet telling what temp. to use for certain meats and how long to cook it, you can obtain this at lowes, or where ever you bought the grill.be sure to practice with cheaper cuts of meat, before you try something expensive, i like to order my t-bone at three quarters thick
