Maybe I am the only one that is going to take your question seriously....
But, if you want to gain weight and still be healthy, forget all the responses about eating cookies and ice cream. You don't want your blood sugar and cholesterol to skyrocket.

First, you have to work out, cardio and weights. This may seem counter productive, but more exercise may increase your appetite. After your workout, try a snack full of protein like a protein bar, shake or a handful of nuts.

You probably don't have much of an appetite, but try eating something healthy every 3 hours. Peanut butter, or cheese on crackers, or raisins/nut mixes are good.

Try to eat a big breakfast, but light on the fats. Try toast with cream cheese, cereal with lowfat milk and eggs.

You still want to limit your dairy intake to 3 servings or less a day, and don't just load up on sugars.

If you are a vegetarian...you have to make sure you are eating plenty of vegetable fats and proteins in the right combination

Tie some bags of flour or bags of sand to your body. Use bricks as shoes. Or you could go eat at McDonalds all the time and do nothing but sit in from of the tv.

I'll be more than happy to give you some of mine. Otherwise, bread, pasta, rice, potatos, cookies, pastry, pies. All the stuff I love but put to the side so I can LOSE weight. Eat the good stuff for both of us :)
Try some soy meal replacement shakes too, but drink them between meals instead of substituting for meals.

why would you? just carry yourself with pride, don't dress in clothes (especially, pants) that are too tight and focus upon those characteristics you possess that are utterly charming.

Come to my house, or what you might call-Willy Chonka's Fatcolate Factory! You can take part in replacing water completely your choice of soda and always we must think to add a shot of your favorite fruit flavored syrup. This is our drink for breakfast. And for cereal, we cut up pieces of brownies and drink it down with chocolate milk with sprinkles, and we dont eat pop tarts, we eat bang tarts, imagine your table, no it couldnt fit on it! We breath sugar and bathe in corn syrup and take showers in melted ice cream. What else you'll just have to come over and find out!

If you want to gain weight you need it to be muscle, not fat. Eat foods high in carbs and protein (rice, pasta, meat etc.) and do some muscle building exercises - eg. weights - under the supervision of a gym to start with.

2)get a good nitrution plan (5 times a day ) (reduce qunatity increase frequency)

I've heard boxer's (fighters) eat Whole rich dairy ice cream right b/4 going to bed for a few weeks. Your can try that.
